Learn Reiki, an ancient, hands-on healing method that uses the healing Life Force Energy of the universe to reduce stress, relieve pain and balance and harmonize the body’s systems. Reiki facilitates health on all levels and is a powerful tool for personal growth and transformation. In the Level I class you receive Reiki attunements, learn history, and are fully trained to practice Reiki on yourself, loved ones, friends, animals, and plants.
