SUPPLY A GRAPHIC:

• It can be a photo or logo, and should be submitted, at 300 dpi, in a file size as large as or larger than it will be reproduced, namely, a maximum of 1" high and 1.75" wide. If you are unable to provide it electronically to our technical specifications, we will be happy to scan the graphic and return your hard copy to you.You can now run a color picture for an additional $30.

CREATE A SUBCATEGORY:

• The subcategory is the space immediately above the graphic. You may use up to 25 characters (including spaces) for your subcategory.

SPECIFY THE HEADING:

• The heading is the text in bold, capital letters to the right of your graphic. It can consist of up to 25 characters including spaces.

SUBMIT THE NARRATIVE:

• The narrative of your ad is the copy below the heading that runs through the second and third columns. It can consist of a continuous narrative and/or bullet points. Forced line breaks decrease the number of wordsavailable to you; if space limitations necessitate it, we will remove requested line breaks. There is a minimum of 145 words with price increases ($20 on a 3x contract, $15 on a 6x contract, $13 on a 12x contract) for each 10 words above 145. No bold and/or italicized words appear in this part of the ad.

COMPOSE YOUR SIGNATURE BLOCK:

• The signature block is the bold text to the far right of the ad. Up to seven lines, usually your contact information and business name, may be used for the signature block. The first line will appear in all capital letters and the rest in upper- and lowercase letters. The limit for each line is 30 characters, including spaces.

COST:

• Directory ads require a minimum of 3x contract and are $175 per insertion. 6x are $150 per insertion and 12x contracts are $130 per insertion for Seattle Conscious Choice. For rates in our other publications please contact Conscious Choice Seattle.
