Thinking about a regular yoga practice? Need an impetus to get yourself to go? Try prepaid Tues/ Thurs 6-7:15 am, 8-class series. Get ready for the work-day with a very-slow-flow vinyasa--enough to energize but not enough to have to take another shower. Emphasis will be placed on alignment and strengthening ($110).
