Learning to work with the core of the body is essential for physical as well as psychological wellbeing. We will examine what is the core of the body, how this western concept dovetails with yogic concepts, and how to integrate the core into yoga postures.

People come to a Journeys Quest because they desire to hear the quiet voice of their hearts. This retreat based on the ancient and cross-cultural rite of passage often referred to as a Vision Quest. $800, financial aid available.
