Don’t Get Mad, Get Active

Metal Band Tunes to Anthrax Awareness

Consider Anthrax a metal band with mettle. It is partnering with the Slave to the Metal™ Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the Slave to the Metal, a portal for music fans. The idea is to raise awareness and provide funds to those organizations and individuals that fight against the misuse of heavy metals (i.e. depleted uranium, mercury and lead), along with rising outrage about misanthropic and genocidal initiatives such as the forceful administration to our soldiers of the untested and unapproved anthrax vaccine (check out www.slavetothemetal.com, www.progressiveconvergence.com/anthrax-postcard.htm, www.anthraxvaccine.org and www.milvacs.org.

Anthrax will print a limited-edition autographed poster that is a reproduction of the cover art from its 1985 album “Spreading The Disease,” offering the proceeds to organizations that are fighting this constitutional breach.

One action we can all take: Go to the website and download the email postcard and send it to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Those emails add up, often to change.
